Over SMMC

Mijn naam is Menno Willemse, oprichter van SMMC (opgericht in 2025). Met een achtergrond in International Business & Management Studies combineer ik strategisch inzicht met praktische uitvoering om bedrijven structureel te laten groeien.

Tijdens mijn studie won ik driemaal een prijs voor academische en strategische prestaties en minorde ik in Business Consulting, Branding en Mindful Leadership — een combinatie die analytische scherpte verbindt met mensgericht leiderschap. Als Nederlandse ondernemer met brede internationale ervaring begrijp ik zowel de Nederlandse zakelijke cultuur als internationale marktdynamiek.

Wat mij onderscheidt is mijn vermogen om snel patronen, groeikansen en inefficiënties te herkennen. Met een geverifieerd hoog IQ en een sterk strategisch denkvermogen help ik ondernemers verder te kijken dan de dagelijkse operatie.

Mijn Missie

Veel directeuren en eigenaren van kleine en middelgrote bedrijven zitten vast in de dagelijkse uitvoering. Operationele taken vragen continu aandacht, waardoor er weinig ruimte overblijft om structureel na te denken over lange termijn groei.
