Senior .NET & Full-Stack Developer with 20+ Years Experience
Senior software developer with over two decades of experience building and leading development on enterprise systems.
For 12 years I led an 8-person development team building an automated performance evaluation system for a U.S. federal agency (Office of Personnel Management), owning the SQL Server architecture and directing the team's modernization from legacy .NET Framework to current .NET.
I worked on the application side of a migration to Azure (App Services, Application Insights, DevOps pipelines); I did not own infrastructure or platform architecture, but I integrated applications into it and worked closely with the teams who did.
Since relocating to the Netherlands, I've been working independently: designing and building my own apps and games for cross platform release. I have recently published the first of these.
What I bring: deep C#/.NET expertise, hands-on database design (SQL Server, Oracle), CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy), and the ability to work independently end-to-end; from requirements to shipped product.
Strong at legacy modernization and untangling systems that have grown complicated over time.
