I am a Vibration Diagnostic Engineer at Siemens Gamesa, specializing in Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS) for wind turbines. With a strong background in vibration analysis, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making, I play a key role in enhancing the reliability and performance of wind turbine drivetrains.

In my current role, I am responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and diagnosing the vibration data of wind turbines using CMS to detect failures, identify potential issues, and optimize turbine performance. I hold an ISO CAT II Vibration Analyst certification from the Mobius Institute, ensuring expertise in diagnosing faults in rotating machinery, particularly in the drivetrain, bearings, and gearboxes of wind turbines.

One of my key strengths is my ability to utilize Power BI to streamline data processes and provide actionable insights across different teams. I manage the full ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process, extracting data from multiple sources, cleaning and transforming it, and developing complex data models that improve our understanding of turbine performance and help prevent failures. Through Power BI dashboards, I present these insights in an easy-to-understand format, empowering decision-makers with valuable data to improve turbine operations and strategic planning.

My role also involves cross-departmental communication, where I act as the main liaison between the NAM region and the Vibration Diagnostics Team. I regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders, translating technical findings into business solutions. Whether it’s generating site requests based on vibration data or preparing detailed client reports, I ensure that the right information is delivered to the right people at the right time.
