De implementatie van een data plaform of AI oplossing is niet het einddoel. Het einddoel is de waarde die wordt gerealiseerd met de implementatie. In een wereld waar veranderingen niet met het blote oog kan worden vastgesteld, breng ik de gemakzucht, overzicht en de tools om alles overzichtelijk te maken en gecalculeerd een stap voorruit te zetten.
