An experienced trading development professional with a background in high-frequency trading and multi-asset execution. His work has covered equities, fixed income, ETFs, commodities and digital assets, giving him a broad and practical understanding of market microstructure, automated decision systems and quantitative risk frameworks.

Areas of contribution

· Pricing strategies and execution models: Design, back-testing and refinement of market-making, skewing and hedging algorithms. The approach is research-driven, with an emphasis on empirical validation and systematic performance monitoring.

· Technical leadership: Leading cross-functional teams of quants, developers and traders through the full project lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition through to delivery and post-launch review.

Applicability beyond trading

The systematic, evidence-based methods and structured project management practices in trading are directly transferable to quantitative and technical leadership and technology-driven environments. His experience in bridging specialist teams and senior/executive management makes him suitable for mandates where analytical rigour and technical oversight are required.
