Developed iLaunch, a metadata-driven PowerApps intake form that standardized and accelerated the Digital & Technology team's request-intake process. Built TrainingWatch, a gamified Power BI compliance dashboard that gives leadership real-time visibility into training completion and drives higher engagement with compliance targets. Engineered PySpark/Databricks pipelines integrating Summit/SuccessFactors training transcript data for the Netherlands D&T organization, improving data reliability and reporting accuracy. Created reusable Gantt chart generation and sprint-planning tools to support agile, cross-functional project delivery. Partner directly with the D&T manager and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize workload and deliver against tight timelines in a highly regulated environment.
