Founding engineer at a B2B fintech SaaS, scaling the product from early-stage MVP to large-scale, production-ready platform over 3+ years. Codebase, infrastructure, and engineering culture were largely shaped during this period.
Led a full client-side rewrite from Vue 2 to Vue 3, modernizing ~30 screens with Composition API, Pinia, and TypeScript — eliminating accumulated technical debt from the MVP and setting the foundation for the next stage of growth.

Founding engineer at a B2B SaaS that grew from 5 to 80+ employees during my 2.5 years. Took the product from MVP to a large-scale, production-ready platform.
Main focus was shipping features, refactors and bugfixes in both the front- and backend projects.
Identified that the backend's growing complexity needed a new architectural foundation. Pitched and shaped a year-long DDD refactor that the team committed to and executed, methodically migrating the codebase to bounded contexts.
Contributed to a full client-side rewrite from Vue 2 to Vue 3 (~30 screens), adopting Composition API, Pinia, and TypeScript to eliminate MVP-era technical debt and modernize the frontend architecture.
