    As Lead Asset Manager Offshore Wind Operations (WTG) - Offshore Wind Operations, I am responsible for the reliable and optimum operation of the WTG's (Wind Turbines) of our four offshore windfarms Prinses Amaliawindpark (60 WTG's, V80), Eneco Luchterduinen (43 WTG's, V112) location IJmuiden, and Borsele 3&4 (77 WTG's, V164) and Borsele 5 (2 WTG's, V164) wind farms, location Office Oostende. This includes daily operations and optimum efficiency of the WTG's, execution of large Offshore Projects (MCE, Blades), recruitment and set-op for new projects, close collaboration with our contractors, partners, internal Asset Managers and Operations teams to continuously improve the performance of these assets, within budget, safety (offshore) operations, optimal integrity, and environmental standards, also within Eneco works council representive and Safety board member. Offshore Wind makes an important contribution to Eneco's ambition to further scale up its sustainable energy production. Offshore wind will grow strongly in Northwest Europe in the next 10 years. Offshore wind is characterized by lightning-fast development of both technology and market dynamics and regulations. Prinses Amalia Windpark: The "Prinses Amalia" windpark wind farm lies approximately 23 km west of IJmuiden in the North Sea. It consists of 60 Vestas 2MW wind turbines (V80), 1 Offshore High Voltage Station and has a total capacity of 120 MW. Luchterduinen Windpark: The 129 MW Eneco Luchterduinen wind farm is located 23 km off the coast between Zandvoort and Noordwijk. . This wind farm went into operation in 2015 and consist of 43 turbines of 3MW (V112) capacity each. Borsele III, IV & V: The Borssele III & IV project which has a total installed capacity of 731.5 MW when it is completed end 2020. It consists of 79 Vestas 9,5 MW wind turbines (V164 Mk2), output corresponds with the electricity consumption of around 825,000 households.
