Robin Pululu

MPA is a small scale officially recognised Tmall Partner (TP) with offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Washington. MPA specialise in helping oversea (mainly US) brands with launching and operating their E-commerce business in China. In this job, together with a team of 6 direct reports from disciplines varying from client service to logistics, I am responsible for restructuring and growing the business, creating and implementing new processes, and manage three of the business's key-accounts. The overarching goal is to ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly from a financial and operational perspective.

In this role I was responsible for building the Marketing departments for AKQA's Shanghai and Tokyo studio. This involved creating cross departmental SOP's, an internal stakeholder network across WPP China, an external industry media network, budget management, and asset creation. Moreover, I was involved in new business efforts across the APAC region, and supported the APAC CSO in developing new services for both studios.
