Twister Media Group has helped broadcasters to allow hundreds of millions of people to interact with their favourite TV shows and streams. We create technology and tools that allow creators to involve and engage their audience in broadcast spectacles like the Eurovision Song Contest.

Achievement

Developed the long term innovation strategy and roadmap for Twister Media and its subsidiaries, working closely with the management teams in Germany and Switzerland.

Ticketing Group is a tech startup with a mission to grow participation in the cultural industry.

We deploy initiatives that connect supply and demand and lead to a more sustainable cultural and creative industry aiming to help all stakeholders: the public, the artists, the venues and other cultural organisations and entrepreneurs.

With my strong technology and digital track-record I took responsibility for both the product and development team.

Achievements

Within the first year I put together two multidisciplinary teams, coached them to become fully self-propelling, delivered an MVP for both our B2B SAAS solution and our B2C marketplace. Successfully delivered POC with live pilot clients and set the short and long term roadmap for both products.
