Working with a team of Android and iOS developers, QA and design to improve the felyx app. Making it easy and reliable for customers to register, find rides, start/end rides and pay. For example, to quickly start a moped, QR codes were added to our mopeds and a scanner implemented in the felyx app. This was quickly adopted, within a few weeks after launching, 12% of all rides were started in this way, tens of thousands of trips per week. The felyx app is the highest rated and most rated e-moped sharing app for both iOS and Android in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

I was responsible for app and backend development, analytics and tech strategy and partnerships.
- Transformation of development process (native mobile and backend engineers) to agile scrum
- Increased registration conversion with 12 percentage points and the amount of debtors who get out of debt worries by 50%
- Focus on user experience; Set up customer panels, debtor-buddy chat and video calling, and the community for our 1000 buddy's
- Improved privacy, security, performance and analytics (KPI's, GA configuration, funnel and event tracking)
- Co-founded the Social Fintech Alliance From summer 2021 onwards, I also worked on the new Geldfit platform, since Fikks activities were acquired by NSR. I lead product vision, strategy and roadmap. Fikks is a platform and app connecting over 1000 trained volunteers to people with money troubles.
