I’ve been lucky to have worked with Susanne several times over the years, and she has consistently been stellar. Most recently, we collaborated at ACT, where she was PMO Director. Recognizing that the program she was supporting was actually a transformation initiative, she helped bring me in to lead that effort—demonstrating both strategic insight and leadership.

Earlier, we worked together on international business development for the ISIC student travel card, where Susanne played a key role in redesigning our value proposition, marketing, and performance management across 40+ key accounts globally. In another role, I brought her in to lead content licensing efforts in Scandinavia for a digital publishing platform. It was a greenfield assignment where she built and executed a full go-to-market strategy, delivering high-value partnerships with major publishing brands.

At Sim-CI, an energy resilience initiative, Susanne was a management team peer. She helped me establish a Program Management Office to support product development and governance, later pivoting to lead marketing and sales development. Her work culminated in a high-profile event with Google Netherlands, engaging senior executives from critical infrastructure sectors.

Susanne is analytical, agile, and results-oriented—able to move from strategy to execution seamlessly. She consistently delivers under pressure and is a highly valued, collaborative partner in any team setting.

I highly recommend Susanne for any leadership role in program management, business development, or strategic transformation. She brings both sharp insight and the ability to execute—an asset to any organization.
