- Execute our marketing automations strategy across various CRM channels (email, SMS, web push, etc).
- Analyze performance of the automations, based on findings test and improve current flows.
- Share relevant learnings with wider CRM and relevant teams to further feed Loops insights driven approach.
- Write, brief and project manage the automated comms with the studio team to ensure deadlines are being met.
- Creation of (retention focused) automations
- Transfer current flows from Klaviyo to Emarsys (new CRM system)
