Project Officer for the international knowledge exchange Sri Lanka-South Africa-Netherlands Sustainable Conservation. My responsibilities consist of:

-Co-coordination and preparation of online conferences with project leaders, advisors, and the technical team of ErfgoedAcademie;

-Preparation and coordination of (online) meetings;

-Communications with involved parties;

-Developing plans, supporting materials, and documentation for events;

-Briefing the speakers, presenters, and contributors to the knowledge exchange on the programme and its content, expectations, and execution plans;

-Reports and evaluation of webinars.

-Communications Officer and Learning Experience Designer for the digital expert programme 'Albany exchange Neerbosch a x n 2022' executed in February-October 2022;

-Coordination and Communications Officer, Mediator and Confidential Counselor for the international training Sharing Stories on Contested Histories offered in editions for young heritage professionals (2021, 2022 editions) and ambassadors (2021);

-Qualitative research and communication for the publication 'Shared Cultural Heritage Programme 2017-2020'.

My main responsibility was to lead the assessment, digitisation, and registration of the collection. For the documentation of intangible values of the collection, the museum uses such technologies as VR and AR and employs a participatory approach, seeking the stakeholders' input. Another project that I have managed from Amsterdam - 'STAR - STreet ARt' (2019-2021) within the Europe for Citizens Programme, funded by the European Union. It involves 14 countries and aims to build a network of towns with a common strategy to promote social inclusion and decrease marginalisation by rehabilitation of depressed areas of European cities via street art. My main duty concerned the organisation of the project's Local Path in Amsterdam: participatory activities with target groups (youth, NGOs, citizens, culture and tourism organisations).
